Fuentes Carrionas und Fuente Cobre Naturpark

Parque Natural de Fuentes Carrionas and Fuente Receive-Mountain Palentina is a protected area famous for its beautiful karst massifs and caves (eg Cueva del Cobre). You can also admire Fuentes Carrionas - two adjacent glacial lakes located at an altitude of 2220 m above sea level. The fauna is dominated by brown bears, northern chamois, European wildcats and wolves also live here.
