Castillo Monumento Colomares

An unusual monument erected in the form of a castle in honor of Christopher Columbus. Its construction lasted from 1987 to 1994. The design combines many different styles, incl. Romanesque, Gothic and Neo-Byzantine. Inside the structure there is the world's smallest chapel (less than 2m²).
