Lycksele Zoo

Lycksele Zoo is a zoo with an area of 10 hectares. About 400 animals live here, they are species characteristic of various regions of Scandinavia. There is also a special zone for the youngest, it is a children's zoo, little guests can feed and pet animals such as sheep, goats, rabbits and guinea pigs.

Among the zoo's inhabitants there are: wolves, arctic foxes, bears, tundra wolverines, lynxes, arctic musk oxen and gray seals. In winter, the zoo turns into the village of St. Nicholas, you can see reindeer here then.

There are also other attractions for children, they can use pedal boats, climb specially prepared towers or go round on a carousel. For older people, it is possible to ride quads and off-road vehicles.
