Viking Beach

Vikingstrand is a bathing beach located on a sandy beach in the northern part of Helsingborg. There are toilets, showers and changing cabins here. Thanks to three platforms with ladders and ramps, you can conveniently descend into the water. There is also a wide sun terrace where you can sunbathe and watch the coast.

Vikingstrand is run by the city together with the Committee on Cooperation with People with Disabilities, which has resulted in a number of amenities. There are specially adapted toilets, changing rooms and a ramp to facilitate descent into the sea.

On the beach there are snack bars, a playground for children and a barbecue area. Nearby there is also a mini-golf course, restaurant, parking lot and a swimming area for dogs. During the season, the beach is guarded by lifeguards.
