Beautiful, but very dilapidated and neglected palace building in the Swiss style. It was built of wood and stands on a stone foundation. The palace is unique on an international scale - its entire external facade is made of cork oak bark (imported from Portugal), supplemented here and there with the bark of native oaks. The hunting palace in Moje Wola is one of two such places in Europe.
The palace was built in 1852 for the Duke of Brunswick and Oleśnica, Wilhelm, according to the design of the Polish architect, Eng. Karłowski. After World War II, the property was taken over by the state, creating a Forest Workers' Improvement Center here, and then a Forest Technical School. In 1992 it fell into private hands. Since then, it has fallen into disrepair.
The palace is surrounded by a beautiful 19th-century English-style park. In 1989 it was declared a natural monument. On one of the avenues you can find a rock garden.
