Park von Fr. Józef Poniatowski

Park of Prince Józef Poniatowski is located near the city center. The space is divided into the so-called Plant Gabinets - places planted with specific types of vegetation. You can also find a botanical garden, a tennis court, and an artificial ice rink in the winter season. In the park, there are also two memorial boulders dedicated to famous Poles - Tadeusz Kościuszko and Henryk Sienkiewicz.

It was established at the turn of the 20th century and designed by Józef Skrobanek as a geometric garden. You can find here rare in our country trees: cork and thorn trees. The alleys are planted with lime trees.

The area of the park is 6.3 ha. On its main axis we come across a small rectangular pond.
