The remains of a medieval castle on a circular plan (which is rare in Poland) are a well-preserved ruin, surrounded by a park. Most of the walls and some architectural details have survived to the present day. The diameter of the castle is 30 meters. You can see a trace of the moat around the building. A baroque portal with two carved heads and the Latin inscription "Nec Vita Nec Mors Separabit" ("Nothing separates life from death") has survived to this day.
The castle was built at the beginning of the 14th century. He was the seat of the Pogorzelów and then von Seidlitz family. In the meantime, it was rebuilt into a baroque residence. It survived in excellent condition until the end of World War II. After its completion, it was extremely neglected, which resulted in the collapse of the tower.
A 19th-century gardener's house has been preserved in the immediate vicinity of the castle. The ruins are often used as a venue for outdoor events - reconstructed knights' tournaments or cyclical Midsummer celebrations.
