The 17th-century prince's palace derives from the previous castle, commonly known as Rocca, built in 1458. The present estate was mainly decorated by the French painter Jean Boulanger, as well as by Italian artists of the time. It has a courtyard with statues and a fountain, a gallery with works by Monti and Bianchi, and a prince's park.
