Monument to the Wolf Capitalińska standing in the vicinity of the Cathedral Square in Pisa. The sculpture alludes to the legend of the founding of Rome. It was created in two stages, in the 11th century a she-wolf was carved out, while four centuries later twins, Remus and Romulus, were added to it. Currently, in Pisa, you can admire a copy of the sculpture placed on a stylized column. The original was placed in the museum on the Capitoline Hill in Rome.
