Pineta von Pescara

A nature reserve adjacent to the center of Pescara. It covers 35 hectares of pine forest, which in the past belonged to the d'Avalos family. Before the city began to grow, the forested areas were much larger. There are walking paths and picnic areas in the forest. There is also a pond with a fountain and a playground. On the outskirts there is a stadium and recreational areas.
