A museum built in 1933-1939 on the shores of Lake Nemi to showcase the ancient Roman ships discovered in his days. They were built in the 1st century AD by order of Emperor Caligula. It is not clear what their purpose was, but one looked like a floating palace. In the museum you can see reconstructions of ships in a scale of 1: 5, their large fragments pulled out of the water and archaeological collections from the area.
