The medieval castle of the Anjou dynasty situated picturesquely on a hill above the town. The castle was built by the Normans in the 11th century, and later underwent several reconstructions. It has survived to our times in a very good condition and not only the outline of the walls, defense towers, but also renovated living quarters are still visible. Currently, they house an archaeological museum.
