Basilika von Sant Abbondio

The basilica was built over an existing early Christian church from the 5th century. The new temple was consecrated by Pope Urban II on June 3, 1095. The building's hallmarks are two bell towers, Romanesque reliefs and a significant cycle of frescoes from the mid-14th century.
