Kathedrale von Santa Maria Assunta

The so-called "New Cathedral" or "Summer Cathedral" was built at the beginning of the 17th century on the site of an old Christian basilica. The temple was finally completed only in the 19th century. The façade was designed by Giovanni Battista and Antonio Marchetti, and the dome by Luigi Cagnola.
