Bibione is one of the most famous holiday resorts on the Adriatic Riviera. The city is new, it was founded in the mid-20th century and operates primarily as a thriving summer recreation center.
The sandy and wide beach in Bibione is 8 kilometers long. Almost the entire length is developed and equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, bars, water equipment rentals and beach courts. The sea here is relatively calm and very warm with a sandy gentle bottom, which promotes relaxation and is especially valued by tourists resting with children.
In the evenings, the resort life moves from the beach to the main parallel streets. There are bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, discos, clubs and souvenir shops. Many of them work until very late at night. Throughout the season, concerts, performances and outdoor events take place on the boardwalk. In turn, children can find entertainment in the amusement park.
Bibione is also a good place for active leisure. Walking and cycling routes have been marked out in the city and surrounding area. You can also go on a boat trip on the lagoon located on the northern edge of the village.
