The facility, located in the building of the former town hall, is famous for having an original portrait of Cardinal Richelieu and a unique collection of 1,600 figurines depicting Napoleon's great army. A separate exhibition is dedicated to Édouard Belin (1876-1963), the inventor of the first device for transmitting images over a distance.
