Museum St. croix

Opened in 1974, the largest museum in Poitiers, it presents archaeological collections, art collections from the Middle Ages to the present, and the history of the Poitou region. One of the more spectacular exhibits is the statue of Athena - a Roman copy of a Greek original made around the 2nd century AD
