Schlossgarten von Pau

The garden of Castle Pau surrounds the historic mansion. It consists of renaissance gardens, a vegetable garden and a chateau park. The history of the gardens goes back to the Middle Ages. Currently, there are, among others, plane trees, beeches, elms, oaks, redwoods and magnolias. There are also greenhouses and numerous flower beds, which have made Pau one of the most flowered cities in France.
