Nationales Naturschutzgebiet Haute Chaîne du Jura

Numbering 11 thousand. hectares, the reserve covers the highest peaks of the Jura mountain range. About 70 percent. the surface is covered with forests - the remaining area is covered by pastures. About 1,000 flowering plants have been classified throughout the area, including many protected species. Visiting the reserve is facilitated by numerous hiking trails and ski runs.
