The 51-hectare lake, the deepest in the Pyrenees (121 m), is located at an altitude of 1977 m above sea level. The tourist route from the Chiroulet settlement leads to Lac Bleu - the return is possible via the trail through Lake Ourrec, which leads at the Ouscouanou waterfall.
