Azay-le-Ferron Schloss, Park und Gärten

The fifteenth-century castle received its present, renaissance form during the reconstruction, which lasted until the eighteenth century. The property is famous for its almost intact state of preservation - both the building and its furnishings (impressive suits of Renaissance furniture, from the times of Louis XVI and Empire) as well as a magnificent park and carefully manicured gardens.
