Museum für zeitgenössische Kunst Kiasma

The museum is part of the Finnish National Gallery and is responsible for the collection of contemporary art. Its name refers to the basic conceptual concept of the building's architect, Steven Holl. The museum was opened in May 1998. The collection includes works by about 8,000 artists.
