Cathedral of the Orthodox Church built in the years 1893-1900 in the Upper Town of Tallinn. it is a building on a Greek cross plan, referring to Russian churches from the 17th century. It is crowned with five onion domes with crosses.
The interior is covered with mosaics and polychromes depicting saints. The nave from the chancel is separated by a richly carved two-row iconostasis with representations of, among others Alexander Nevsky, St. Michael the Archangel, St. Gabriel the Archangel and the Mother of God and Jesus.weniger
