The Late Gothic castle in Lesko, located in the San valley, is now an elegant holiday resort. There you can rent accommodation rooms and a spacious banquet hall. The historic building is surrounded by a picturesque park arranged in the Italian style.
The castle was built in the 16th century on the site of an older, wooden fortress. Its modern appearance is the result of several extensions. In the mid-18th century, the property included a residence, an office, a treasury, a chapel, a spacious ballroom, kitchens, stables and Italian gardens.
In the first half of the 19th century, the residence was completely rebuilt according to a design by Wincenty Pol and acquired its present classicist-renaissance character. At that time, an orangery and additional outbuildings were also added.
