Ботанический сад Клайпедского университета

Established in 1993, the Botanical Garden at the Klaipeda University is of great historical importance. Here in 1802, the King of Prussia, Frederick William III, and his wife Ludwika met with the Russian Emperor Alexander I, which was then a phenomenon in Europe. The establishment of the park was to honor this event.
