Парк Пертини

City park created in the mid-nineteenth century and one of the oldest complexes of this type in Italy. It is a classic city garden with a star-shaped layout with alleys converging on a small square. It was planted with palm trees and ornamental shrubs. At the entrance there is a column of the goddess Hygieja, which originally crowned one of the city's fountains.
