Замок Джоя дель Колле

Built at the beginning of the 12th century, and rebuilt 150 years later, the fortress has retained its monumental, gothic appearance to this day. Invaded and besieged many times, it suffered many damages over the centuries, but it was also rebuilt. Massive external walls, defensive towers and gothic window decorations have survived to this day. The castle now houses an archaeological museum with collections from Roman times.
