The palace was in the past the summer residence of the Prince of Trent, vicars and captains. Currently, it serves as a museum space with a rich collection of rooms and artifacts. Visitors can admire the vicar's room, the waiting room, the prison and the bishop's study, which was a place of work and meditation.
