The modern panoramic Monte de San elevator in A Coruña connects the city's pedestrianized area with the Monte de San Pedro Park. It was put into operation in 2007. Its route is nearly 100 m long. The shape of the elevator resembles a glass ball, in which up to 24 passengers can travel simultaneously. During the ride you can admire the picturesque views of the entire bay and the Tower of Hercules.
