The combination of a museum and a working bakery allows you not only to get to know, but also personally try out baked goods and the techniques of their preparation. The exhibition is arranged in chronological order: it shows the techniques of baking bread from the earliest times to the present day, as well as from grinding flour to ready-made baking.
