Lidečko is a village situated in a picturesque mountain valley, perfect as a base for hiking in Javorniki. An interesting fact about the area are rock outcrops called the Devil's Rocks.
The town was founded in the 14th century and a lot of historic residential houses have survived, mainly from the 19th and early 20th centuries. The most important monument is the baroque church of St. Catherine and the statue of St. John of Nepomuk.
The surroundings of the village are hilly and forested. The local hills reach approx. 730 m above sea level and are cut by a dense network of hiking trails. Dibale Rocks are a popular excursion destination and one of the main attractions of the Lideček area. These are rock outcrops with numerous folk legends and legends. They are also used by climbers.
