Kruszna is a small town at the foot of Stara Planina. Its surroundings are perfect for mountain hiking, and the thermal springs used in public baths are an additional attraction.
The village is situated in a mountain valley within the Krusna National Park. For this reason, tourists who come here can count primarily on the possibility of mountain hiking. The popular attractions include the Krushna Falls, where on hot days many people enjoy cooling off in the crystal clear water. There are also caves, some of which are open to visitors. The most famous is the Stalbitsata Cave.
There are hot mineral springs in and around Kruszno. The village is a local holiday resort and there is a thermal swimming pool in Kruszna. It is open to the public, and a bath in warm spring water can be a great relaxation after hiking in the mountains.
