Tom Tits Experiment

Tom Tits Experiment in Södertälje is a science museum where visitors have the opportunity to independently perform interesting scientific experiments. There are, among others "Gallery of illusions" with objects that cheat the senses, you can also learn about the way a modern industrial robot works and get lost in a mirror maze.

Tom Tit is a fictional character, his experiments were published in the French newspaper "l'Illustration" from 1800 (several books were also published). In 1985, in connection with the premiere of a new book entitled "Tom Tit - La Science Amusante" ("Tom Tit - a fun science ”), an exhibition was organized, it was supposed to be a temporary event, but due to its popularity, it was decided to create a permanent exhibition.

Currently, it is the largest research center in Sweden. Visitors can visit four floors with various types of experiment stands and an outdoor park.
