Estadio Dinamo

The multi-purpose sports stadium is mainly used for soccer matches. It is the home stadium of FC Dinamo Bucharest. It was opened in 1951 and was thoroughly renovated at the beginning of the 21st century. At that time, the stands and the VIP section were enlarged and new lighting was added. Currently, it can accommodate 15,300 spectators. In front of the stadium, there is a monument to Ivan Patzaichin, a Romanian canoeist and canoeist, multiple Olympic medalist.
