Estatua de Hércules

A monument depicting the mythical Hercules carrying a club and a Nemean lion skin on his shoulder stands in the center of Piața Hercules Square. It is a bronze statue made in 1847 by the Viennese masters Ramelmayer and Glantz. The statue was placed on top of the fountain with four small pools protruding from the marble plinth.
