Neo-Romanesque monastery church built at the beginning of the 20th century. It has a rich exterior architecture, using numerous decorations and ornaments made of stone. Inside the basilica there are a number of valuable chapels and altars.
Work on the construction of the temple began in 1905. The inhabitants of the vicinity joined them en masse. The project was also supported by numerous donations and in-kind donations. The carpentry work was carried out by the Franciscans who were to look after the temple. The architect responsible for the entire design of the church was also a monk - Mansuetus Fromm.
During the festive season, the Basilica hosts an impressive Christmas nativity scene, considered the largest nativity scene in Europe, housed inside the temple. The church with the adjacent Calvary is a place of the Lord's Passion cult.
