This small, inconspicuous beach is located between Westerplatte and the Northern Port in Gdańsk. Before World War II, this place was extremely popular among holidaymakers. Due to its beautiful location, it was an extremely fashionable and popular bathing area. In the past, more or less in this place was the mouth of the Vistula.
In 1924, by the decision of the League of Nations Council, the Military Transit Depot was built in place of the beach. In 1939, this place was attacked, starting the Second World War.
The beach still exists today and is not guarded. However, it lost its former attractiveness and popularity.
