Reserva natural de cesina

The nature reserve covers an area of 348 hectares and includes a wonderful oasis supported by the WWF organization. Characteristic habitats are sand dunes, swamps and shrubs. Two ponds that are part of the reserve, fed by rainwater, are separated from the sea by a strip of sand dunes. Another landmark is Masseria Le Cesine, a defensive structure from the 15th-16th centuries.
