Parque Natural Puez-Geisler

Dolomite nature park with two mountain ranges, Puez and Geisler, which are often called "needles" because of the sharp rocks that protrude upwards.

The region was popularized by one of the greatest climbers of all time, Reinhold Messner, who was born here and made his first climbing steps.

Below the rocky peaks there are picturesque mountain meadows and pine and spruce forests that descend into the valleys.

The entire area of the park is cut by a dense network of hiking trails, and climbing routes also lead to many peaks.
