800 meters long promenade connecting the beaches of Cote d'Azur and Nova. It is located on a stone embankment that protects the city from systematic floods during the spring and autumn water increase. The first wooden homesteads, also called dams, which today are transformed into a rampart built during the times of the Venetian Republic. At the promenade there are representative tenement houses and city palaces of the local aristocracy.
