Abadía de San Fruttuoso

The beautiful medieval Benedictine Abbey is hidden in a charming cove west of Portofino. You can get here by sea or on foot. Today the abbey is inhabited by about 20 monks, the monastery itself can be visited for a fee. One of the attractions is the bronze statue of Christ set on the seabed.
