Piazza Cavour

The city square of Bormio, in the center of which stands the Kuerc - a place where justice was once administered to criminals. At the square there is also the famous Tower of the Hours, the bell of which warned the people of the danger. Nearby, we can also see the Palazzo del Podestà, the seat of the courts and the prison, and the Cortivo, a former palace serving public gatherings.
