The museum is the only gallery in Italy devoted entirely to olive oil. The tour begins with an introduction to the botanical characteristics of the olive trees and innovative cultivation systems. The gallery then introduces you to the mythology related to olive oil, presents the traditional uses of this product and presents symbolic items that have contributed to the recognition of olive oil in the world.
