Basílica de Santa Maria degli Angeli

The three-nave basilica was built in the years 1569-1679. The current neoclassical appearance of the facade is due to works carried out in the eighteenth and twentieth centuries. At the top of the facade you can see a gilded figure of the Virgin Mary. There is a chapel of death of St. Francis. Its walls are decorated with frescoes dedicated to the saint and his disciples.
