The gallery is located in a neoclassical building whose history can be found in the permanent exhibition. Apart from that, it presents temporary exhibitions of paintings, graphics, photography and contemporary sculpture by both native and foreign artists. There are also innovative performances and art installations. The gallery has a rich program of workshops and cultural events.
