Plaza de Lordi

Lordi Square is located in the center of Rovaniemi, next to the Sampokeskus Shopping Center and a small boulevard. In summer, various cultural events are regularly held there. Until 2006, it was called Plac Sampo, which was changed to commemorate the victory of the Finnish band Lordi at the Eurovision Song Contest. On the square, you can see the hand and foot prints of the team members.
