Playa Grande

The Big Beach is located in the center of Tossa de Mar. It stretches for 1.5 km in length and is covered with soft, light sand. There are toilets, showers, deck chairs and sun umbrellas available. There are bars and restaurants in the vicinity. It has been awarded the Blue Flag, which confirms the quality of the water and the services provided here

It is a good place for both sunbathing and swimming, as well as for water sports such as parasailing and jet ski riding. During the summer season, the beach is guarded by lifeguards. There is also a first aid point.
