Museo del Mar Santa Pola

The museum is located in a 16th-century fort. The exhibitions are devoted successively to prehistory, the Iberian Peninsula, the ruins of Ilicitanus Portus and the fortifications of the local coast. Separate exhibitions present the history of the city, the daily life of fishermen and ways of navigation.
