Parque Natural de las Dunas de Liencres

Dunas de Liencres is a protected landscape area that covers extensive dune areas in Cantabria. Tourists like to use the local golden sand beaches (Valdearenas and Canallave), they are perfect surfing spots. Part of the park is covered with pine forests, among the dominant species of animals, gray herons and water moors stand out.
