Alpspitz

The summit, 2628 m above sea level, belonging to the Wettersteingebirge range, is well known for its prepared ferrata (route with a steel safety rope). More advanced climbers can use the routes leading from the Grieskarscharte valley (some sections are level III on the UIAA scale).
